Patient Gets Breast Reconstruction!

Patient had a mastectomy nearly twenty years ago. Her mother had breast cancer as well with a reoccurrence fifteen years later. This patient started thinking she may have the same fate. She was tired of wearing the prosthesis and a friend encouraged her to consult with Dr. Bennett about reconstruction. She chose to have a left side mastectomy with placement of tissue expanders on both sides. After the tissue expanders were filled to the desired size Dr. Bennett placed a 800cc high profile Mentor gel implant on the right and a 650cc ultra high profile on the left.
