Silicone Breast Augmentation

This patient had 470 ccs on the right and 450 ccs on the left Saline implants for many years. She came in wanting to go up in size and switch to Silicone. She had 650 ccs High Profile Xtra Silicone Memory Gel Implants placed bilaterally. This gave her more upper pole fullness that she was hoping to achieve.
