Lower Body Lift, Fleur-De-Lis

This is a massive weight loss patient and she had a lot of loose skin as a result of the weight loss. In order to achieve the best possible outcome she required a fleur-de-lis incision along with her lower body lift. The vertical incision allows for even more skin tightening than a lower body lift alone. The after pictures were taken 3 months after surgery. Her scars will continue to fade over the next year.
