Breast Augmentation

This patient stated she had size C breasts and then after breast feeding two babies she ended up with an A/B cup. She has been seriously considering surgical intervention for several years and felt that a breast augmentation would make her chest more proportional to her hips, which would make clothes shopping easier. She felt that this would help her improve her body image. She has had two children. She did breast feed. She was interested in restoring her breasts to her pre-pregnancy size. She chose smooth, round Mentor high profile, 375 cc, Saline, implants placed in a Submuscular position through a Periareolar approach.
